Hi, I’m Hilary Silver, LCSW.
I’m a former clinical psychotherapist turned master coach, mentor to smart, accomplished women, and the founder of Ready for Love Inc., a global women’s empowerment and wellness company devoted to helping high achieving women find and keep! – amazing love.
For 14 years I ran a thriving private practice as a sex, marriage, and relationship therapist. I loved my clients—but I didn’t love the results the traditional model produced. Fifty minutes a week, lots of insight… and the same painful patterns. It was slow, inefficient, and—too often—ineffective.
So I closed the practice.
In 2017 I launched Ready for Love, an online coaching company designed to help high-achieving women become just as successful in love as they are in life. Since then, we’ve helped over 3,000 women move from overthinking and under-receiving to deeply chosen, emotionally mature partnerships with a 98% success rate through our flagship curriculum.
Our Philosophy
My signature methodology is rooted in radical responsibility and being self centered—not selfish or self-sacrificing. When you’re anchored in your worth, love becomes something you receive, not something you perform for, manage, or try to earn.
We teach you how to:
- Choose compatibility over chaos (chemistry can grow; compatibility can’t)
- Match effort, not potential (partners, not projects)
- Hold strong boundaries without the cool-girl act or some abstract test
- Pace early dating so you can see patterns clearly
- Communicate standards simply—and follow through with your choices
- Exit misalignment early and kindly, without making anyone a villain
